All items carry varies warranty of at least 12 months. The length of term of the warranty should be used as an indication as to the commercial quality of the product.



Orders can be placed via fax or email. A minimum of 50% deposit is required to initiate an order, along with a signed copy of your quote or Company Purchase Order. It is the clients’ responsibility to confirm all measurements, colours and configurations on quoted items before authorising an official order. We reserve the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of 30% for orders cancelled after the order has been placed.

Credit card payments can be made via phone or details via fax CCFORM.

Credit card payments payments incur a 3% surcharge.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery fees are based on the number of items, destination and ease of delivery. Please ask one of our friendly staff for a quote. Installation costs are based on clear and impeded areas where furniture and or fit out work is taking place unless specified on quote, you will incur fees.


Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are not accepted.

Cancellations on standard items will incur a 30% restocking fee, we do not accept cancellations on products made to order.
